- Natural leader with a warm, commanding presence
- Experience managing volunteers or event staff
- Comfortable in adult lifestyle spaces
- Must be a KOC member in good standing
Help Aquariaaa bring the fantasy to life. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, venue setup, and member communications for each event.
- Event planning or project management experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Passion for community building
- Comfortable with adult themes and kink culture
Keep the space safe, enforce rules with empathy, and ensure every member feels protected from orientation to last call.
- Experience in event security or community safety
- Strong de-escalation skills
- Discretion is non-negotiable
- Must be a KOC member in good standing
Curate the drinks experience at our BYOB events. Monitor consumption, keep energy high, and help guests have the best night of their lives.
- Bartending experience preferred
- Comfortable in adult lifestyle spaces
- Non-judgmental, warm demeanor
- TIPS certification a plus
Conduct initial membership chats, review applications, and help us ensure every new member aligns with KOC's values of safety, consent, and respect.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with kink and lifestyle community norms
- Discretion and confidentiality required
- Long-term KOC member preferred
