Event Agreement

1. Parties; Join-Once Membership

This Membership & Event Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between LOV Inc. (“KOC,” “we,” “us”) and the individual who submits the Acceptance Form (“Participant,” “you”).

KOC is a private, invite-only community. By accepting this Agreement, you apply for and, upon acceptance by KOC, maintain ongoing membership until you resign or KOC terminates your membership.

Membership makes you eligible to request access to events but does not guarantee admission. KOC may deny entry for safety, compliance, capacity, venue/host rules, or rule violations.

2. Eligibility; Identity; Truthfulness

You represent you are 21 years of age or older and agree to present valid government-issued photo ID upon request.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to KOC is true and accurate. Any misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal and permanent ban.

You agree KOC may conduct a membership chat/interview and may decline membership or event access at its discretion.

3. Fees; Event Fees Vary; No Refunds

No membership fee is required at this time unless KOC states otherwise in writing. Each event requires a separate Event Fee determined by KOC for that event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Event Fees are nonrefundable, including if you are denied entry, removed, expelled, or leave early, except where required by law or expressly authorized by KOC in writing.

4. Code of Conduct; Community Standards (SSC, RACK, & TICK)

You agree to read, understand, and comply with KOC's etiquette and conduct rules, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Rules are available at kinkstersofcolor.com/etiquette.

KOC elevates community safety and accountability by promoting SSC, RACK, and TICK as core pillars of our community standards:

SSC (Safe, Sane, and Consensual): The classic foundation of kink safety. It emphasizes minimizing preventable physical risk, maintaining a grounded and rational mindset, and ensuring explicit, continuous consent from all participants.

RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink): A framework acknowledging that certain activities carry inherent, unavoidable risks that cannot be entirely engineered out. RACK empowers adults to engage in these activities through deep education, transparent discussion of potential hazards, and informed, voluntary consent.

TICK (Trauma-Informed Consensual Kink): A modern evolution that integrates the principles of trauma-informed care. TICK recognizes that many individuals carry past trauma and emphasizes nervous system awareness, trigger mapping, proactive communication, and structured co-regulation/aftercare to ensure exploration remains empowering and healing rather than re-traumatizing.

By participating in the KOC community, you agree to uphold these standards in your interactions, negotiations, and play.

5. Consent Requirements (Zero-Tolerance)

All intimate or kink/fantasy play requires affirmative, freely-given, informed, specific, and ongoing consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

You agree not to initiate or engage in intimate/fantasy play while intoxicated or impaired. Coercion, intimidation, manipulation, non-consensual touching, harassment, or stalking are strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

• No Breath Play — Breath play/strangulation/air restriction is prohibited.
• No Fire Play Indoors — Fire play is prohibited inside the venue. Outside is fine with proper safety measures.
• No Needle Play — Needle play is prohibited without prior written approval from KOC.
• No Knife Play — Knife play is prohibited without prior written approval from KOC.
• KOC may prohibit or restrict any activity at any time for safety, legal, or venue reasons.

7. Privacy, Discretion, and No Recording

No photo/video/audio recording is permitted at any time. Phones are not allowed to be used in the venue, including during orientation.

You agree not to disclose another attendee's identity, likeness, workplace, or private details without permission. Violations may result in immediate removal, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement.

8. Alcohol (BYOB), Intoxication, and DUI Prevention

KOC does not sell alcohol. If alcohol is permitted at an event, it is BYOB unless KOC states otherwise. KOC may remove any Participant who appears noticeably intoxicated or impaired.

You agree not to drive while impaired and authorize KOC to encourage/arrange rideshare, contact an emergency contact, and/or contact law enforcement if you attempt to drive impaired.

9. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You understand events may involve elevated physical, emotional, and social risks. You acknowledge sexual contact may result in pregnancy and/or transmission of STDs/STIs and assume these risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release KOC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of attendance or participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence.

10. Removal, Bans & Incident Response

KOC may deny entry, remove, escort out, suspend, or permanently ban you for unsafe, non-consensual, disruptive, or threatening behavior, impairment, privacy violations, or illegal conduct.

You agree to follow staff instructions and cooperate with investigations. KOC may contact law enforcement and emergency services at any time.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

Georgia law governs this Agreement unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes must be brought in the Georgia county where KOC is headquartered, or the jurisdiction where the event occurred.
