MEMBERSHIP & EVENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By submitting KOC’s membership acceptance form (the “Acceptance Form”) and checking the acceptance box, you agree to this Agreement.

Key Points (Plain-English Summary)

• You must be 21+ and present valid ID if requested.

• Consent is required for all interactions. Any consent violation results in immediate removal with no refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

• No phones/recording/photos are allowed at events except as expressly authorized by KOC.

• Events may be BYOB. Intoxicated participants may be denied entry/removed. Do not drive impaired.

• You assume risks (including sexual health risks) and agree to a release of liability for ordinary negligence to the extent allowed by law.

1) PARTIES; JOIN-ONCE MEMBERSHIP

1.1 Parties. This Membership & Event Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between:
(a) LOV Inc. (“KOC,” “we,” “us”), and
(b) the individual who submits the Acceptance Form (“Participant,” “you”).

1.2 Join Once / Invite-Only Membership. KOC is a private, invite-only community. By accepting this Agreement, you apply for and, upon acceptance by KOC, maintain ongoing membership until you resign or KOC terminates your membership.

1.3 No Guaranteed Admission. Membership makes you eligible to request access to events but does not guarantee admission. KOC may deny entry for safety, compliance, capacity, venue/host rules, or rule violations.

2) ELIGIBILITY; IDENTITY; TRUTHFULNESS

2.1 Eligibility (21+). You represent you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Identity Verification. You agree to present valid government-issued photo ID upon request.

2.3 Truthfulness Warranty. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to KOC (including legal name and date of birth) is true and accurate. You agree not to use a fake ID or misrepresent your identity. Any misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal and permanent ban.

2.4 Membership Screening. You agree KOC may conduct a membership chat/interview and may decline membership or event access at its discretion.

3) FEES; EVENT FEES VARY; NO REFUNDS

3.1 Membership Fee. No membership fee is required at this time unless KOC states otherwise in writing.

3.2 Event Fees (Vary by Event). Each event requires a separate Event Fee determined by KOC for that event. The Event Fee amount and payment method will be communicated in the invitation/RSVP message/event notice.

3.3 Nonrefundable Fees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Event Fees are nonrefundable, including if you are denied entry, removed, expelled, or leave early, except where required by law or expressly authorized by KOC in writing.

3.4 No Chargebacks Without Contact. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting good-faith resolution with KOC. If you initiate a dispute contrary to this Agreement, you agree to reimburse KOC for reasonable costs and fees incurred responding to it as allowed by law.

4) CODE OF CONDUCT; RULES; RACK + SSC

4.1 Rules Incorporated by Link (Binding). You agree to read, understand, and comply with KOC’s etiquette and conduct rules (the “Rules”), which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are binding on you. The Rules are available here:

4.2 Updates Apply. The Rules may be updated. You agree to review the current Rules before attending any event. Updated Rules apply upon posting.

4.3 Community Standards (RACK & SSC). KOC promotes SSC (“Safe, Sane, and Consensual”) and RACK (“Risk-Aware Consensual Kink”) as community standards. You acknowledge these standards do not guarantee safety and KOC does not verify another attendee’s competence, honesty, sobriety, or health status.

5) CONSENT REQUIREMENTS (ZERO-TOLERANCE)

5.1 Affirmative Consent Only. All intimate or kink/fantasy play requires affirmative, freely-given, informed, specific, and ongoing consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5.2 No Consent If Impaired. You agree not to initiate or engage in intimate/fantasy play while intoxicated or impaired.

5.3 No Coercion / No Boundary Violations. Coercion, intimidation, manipulation, stealthing, non-consensual touching, harassment, stalking, threats, or retaliation are prohibited.

6) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES / RESTRICTIONS

6.1 No Breath Play. Breath play/strangulation/air restriction is prohibited.

6.2 No Fire Play Indoors. Fire play is prohibited inside the venue. Outside is fine with proper safety measures in place including fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

6.3 Other Restrictions. KOC may prohibit or restrict any activity at any time for safety, legal, or venue reasons.

7) VENUE/HOST COMPLIANCE (INCLUDING SHORT-TERM RENTALS)

7.1 Venue Rules & Quiet Enjoyment. Events may occur at short-term rentals (including Airbnb-type properties) and/or third-party venues. You agree to comply with all occupancy limits, parking rules, quiet hours, and property rules, plus KOC instructions regarding noise, entry/exit, and movement through the space.

7.2 No Nuisance. You agree not to create a disturbance, nuisance, or violate local ordinances.

7.3 Responsibility for Venue Losses. You agree to indemnify and reimburse KOC for any losses, damages, claims, fines, penalties, platform/host fees, chargebacks, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees where permitted) arising from your conduct or rule violations causing venue-related consequences.

8) ALCOHOL (BYOB), INTOXICATION, AND DUI PREVENTION

8.1 BYOB; No Alcohol Sales. KOC does not sell alcohol. If alcohol is permitted at an event, it is BYOB unless KOC states otherwise in writing.

8.2 Monitored Pouring (When Used). KOC may designate a volunteer to monitor pouring/service when alcohol is permitted.

8.3 No Service When Noticeably Intoxicated. KOC may refuse to serve/pour alcohol and may remove any Participant who appears noticeably intoxicated or impaired.

8.4 No Driving Impaired. You agree not to drive while impaired and authorize KOC to encourage/arrange rideshare/taxi, contact an emergency contact you provide, and/or contact law enforcement if you attempt to drive impaired or pose a danger.

9) PRIVACY, DISCRETION, AND NO RECORDING / NO PHONES

9.1 No Recording. No photo/video/audio recording is permitted at any time.

9.2 No Phone Use. Phones are not allowed to be used in the venue, including during orientation, except as specifically authorized by KOC for emergencies or operational needs.

9.3 No Outing. You agree not to disclose another attendee’s identity, likeness, workplace, or private details without permission.

9.4 Consequences. Violations may result in immediate removal, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

10) SAFETY SCREENING / BAG CHECKS

10.1 Bag Checks Available / May Be Required. For safety and compliance with venue rules, KOC may offer or require bag checks as a condition of entry. Refusal may result in denial of entry without refund.

10.2 Prohibited Items. Illegal drugs, illegal weapons, and prohibited items under KOC/venue rules are not allowed.

11) ANTI-PROSTITUTION / NO COMMERCIAL SEX

11.1 No Commercial Sexual Activity. KOC events are not for prostitution or commercial sex. You agree not to offer, solicit, request, negotiate, or exchange money, goods, drugs, favors, or anything of value for sexual contact/acts at or in connection with any KOC event, and not to facilitate such activity for others.

11.2 Enforcement. Suspected violations may result in immediate removal, permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement.

12) ASSUMPTION OF RISK (INCLUDING SEXUAL HEALTH RISKS)

12.1 Higher-Risk Environment. You understand events may involve elevated physical, emotional, and social risks.

12.2 STD/Pregnancy Risk. You acknowledge sexual contact may result in pregnancy and/or transmission of STDs/STIs (including HIV, HSV, HPV, Hepatitis, etc.) and assume these risks.

12.3 Personal Responsibility. You are solely responsible for boundaries, risk tolerance, safer sex, and aftercare.

13) RELEASE OF LIABILITY (ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE) & LIMITATION

13.1 Release (Ordinary Negligence). To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to sue KOC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents (“Released Parties”) from claims arising out of attendance or participation, including claims based on the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

13.2 Non-Releasable Conduct. Nothing releases liability that cannot legally be released (e.g., intentional wrongdoing) under applicable law.

13.3 No Warranties. KOC makes no warranties regarding safety/fitness of premises/equipment or any other attendee’s conduct, competence, or condition.

14) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, damages, losses, fines/penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees where permitted) arising from your conduct, rule violations, or property damage, including claims by third parties.

15) REMOVAL, ESCORT OUT, BANS, INCIDENT RESPONSE

15.1 Immediate Removal. KOC may deny entry, remove, escort out, suspend, or permanently ban you for unsafe/non-consensual/disruptive/threatening behavior, impairment, privacy violations, venue rule violations, commercial sex activity, or illegal conduct.

15.2 Complaints Process (Anonymous + Removal + Investigation + Bans). You agree KOC may accept anonymous complaints, remove you immediately pending review, investigate as deemed appropriate, and impose bans based on credible information.

15.3 Cooperation. You agree to follow staff instructions and cooperate with investigations.

15.4 Law Enforcement / Emergency Services. KOC may contact law enforcement and emergency services at any time.

15.5 Emergency Intervention (Lawful/Reasonable). In an imminent threat of serious harm, KOC and its agents may take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law to protect persons from immediate harm, prioritizing de-escalation when feasible.

16) MEMBERSHIP TERM, RESIGNATION, TERMINATION, SURVIVAL

16.1 Resignation. You may resign membership at any time by written notice to KOC.

16.2 Termination / Suspension by KOC. KOC may suspend or terminate membership at its discretion for safety, compliance, venue/host requirements, or rule violations.

16.3 Survival. Sections regarding privacy/no recording, release for past events, indemnification, payment/chargebacks, and disputes survive termination/resignation.

17) MULTI-STATE EVENTS / GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

17.1 Multi-State Compliance. Events may occur outside Georgia. You agree to comply with all laws/ordinances and venue rules where an event takes place.

17.2 Governing Law. Unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise, Georgia law governs this Agreement.

17.3 Venue / Jurisdiction. Disputes must be brought in (at KOC’s option): (a) the Georgia county where KOC is headquartered, or (b) the jurisdiction where the event occurred, if required by law.

17.4 Attorneys’ Fees. Prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs where permitted.

18) SEVERABILITY; ENTIRE AGREEMENT; ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

18.1 Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.

18.2 Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Rules linked above (and any written updates distributed by KOC) are the entire agreement.

18.3 Participant Electronic Acceptance (Required). You accept and agree to this Agreement by completing and submitting the Acceptance Form and checking the box stating you have read and agree to this Agreement and the Rules. A typed name and checkbox acceptance constitute your electronic signature.

18.4 KOC Acceptance; No KOC Signature Required. KOC accepts this Agreement by confirming membership, granting access to any event, and/or allowing you to enter the venue. No KOC signature is required.

18.5 Effective Date. This Agreement is effective on the date and time you submit the Acceptance Form.
